Constable Driver :
No of Post : 524 posts (SC – 151, ST – 27, OBC – 99, Gen -198 , Ex -Servicemen-49),
Essential Qualification & Experience : (i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board / university. (ii) Must possess valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Scale of Pay : Rs. 5200 to 20200 in the grade pay of Rs. 2000/- and other allowances admissible to Central Govt. employees.
Age Limit :
(i) 18 to 28 years (Cut off date for age will be 1st August,2010)
(ii) Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST by 5 years and 3 years for OBC.
(iii) The upper age relaxation for Government servants is upto 35 Years.
(iv) The relaxation in upper age limit of 5 years shall also be admissible to the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of J&K during the period from 1.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.

Fees : Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories in the form of Crossed Bank Draft or Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, (SSB) O/O IG FTR HQ Patna. No fee will be charged from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen.
